Overview
弊社の日本語教育プログラムは、外国人材が日本で安心して働き、生活できるようサポートする教育サービスです。来日前の段階からオンラインで学べるため、来日後すぐに実務に活かせる日本語力を身につけられます。また、来日後は対面レッスンや職場訪問型研修など、実践に即した教育にも対応しています。 講師は全員、外国人学習者への指導経験を持つ有資格者。日本語だけでなく、日本の職場文化やマナーも学べる内容で、「ことば」と「文化」の両面から定着を支援します。
Our Japanese language education program is designed to help foreign professionals work and live
comfortably in Japan. Because the lessons can be taken online even before arriving in Japan, participants
can acquire practical Japanese skills that are immediately useful upon starting work.
After arrival,
we
also provide in-person lessons and on-site workplace training to ensure effective, hands-on learning.
All instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience teaching foreign learners.
Our curriculum covers not only the Japanese language but also workplace culture and business etiquette,
supporting successful adaptation from both linguistic and cultural perspectives.

Based on your requirements, we will introduce the most suitable candidates. We carefully review each candidate’s background, skills, and preferences to ensure the best possible match. For foreign candidates, we also verify their Japanese language proficiency and residence status.
修了 / Completion
候補者と企業の面談を調整いたします。オンライン／対面のいずれにも対応可能です。 面談前には、双方に必要な情報を丁寧に共有し、スムーズな意思決定をサポートします。
We coordinate interviews between candidates and companies, either online or in person. Before the interview, we carefully share all necessary information with both parties to ensure smooth and well-informed decision-making.

初級 / Beginner
対象：日本語未経験者／来日前の学習者
- 日本語の基礎（ひらがな・カタカナ・基本会話・自己紹介など）
- 日常生活で必要な表現を中心に、楽しく学習
Target participants: Beginners with no prior Japanese study experience, or learners preparing to come to Japan.
- Japanese Basics: Hiragana, Katakana, basic conversation, self-introduction, and more.
- Learn essential expressions for daily life in an enjoyable, interactive way.
中級 / Intermediate
対象：N4〜N3程度／日本での勤務を控えた方
- 職場での会話、指示の理解、報告・連絡・相談の練習
- 語彙・文法の強化とスムーズなコミュニケーション力の習得
Target learners: JLPT Level N4 to N3, or those preparing to start work in Japan.
- Practice workplace communication, understanding instructions, and reporting, contacting, and consulting.
- Strengthen vocabulary and grammar while developing smooth and effective communication skills.
ビジネス日本語 / Business Japanese
対象：サービス業・事務職・管理職など、 日本企業で働く方
- 職場での丁寧な会話、敬語、顧客対応表現を重点的に指導
- 電話応対・接客会話・会議での発言練習など、実践重視
Target learners: Individuals working in Japanese companies, such as those in the service industry, clerical positions, or managerial roles.
- Focused instruction on polite workplace communication, honorific expressions (keigo), and customer interaction phrases.
- Practical training through role-plays such as telephone conversations, customer service dialogues, and speaking in meetings.
